She gained further industry experience working as an assistant to fashion stylist Katy Robbins, A&R intern at Warner Music Nashville, and Executive Assistant at Universal Music Publishing. Amelia served on the 2014 BMI Catalog Cast and Review Crew for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center before graduating from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment Industry Studies.    Caroline Melby      Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business     Caroline grew up in Starkville, Mississippi, where she attended Mississippi State University for a year before transferring to Belmont University. There, she got a degree in Music Business while interning at Broken Bow Records, Big Yellow Dog, and Sea Gayle Music, as well as playing mandolin in a bluegrass band.    Jarrod Holley      Suit Music     Cleveland, OH native Jarrod Holley began his career in the entertainment industry as a musician while touring in bands as a teenager. In doing so, he acquired a real world understanding of the touring industry and the essential components of a successful event. Jarrod's experiences on the road led him to a job in Nashville, TN where he focused on artist management and social media marketing for Frankie Ballard. Since relocating to Nashville in 2011, Jarrod has worked with a number of talented artists including Eli Young Band, Eric Hutchinson, Canaan Smith, and Sean McConnell. Currently, Jarrod is an artist manager at Suit Music.

   Garrison Snell      Gyrosity Projects     Garrison Snell graduated from Belmont University on a Saturday in May 2015 and started Gyrosity Projects the following Monday. After working various marketing jobs in college, including running digital marketing for Ronnie Dunn of Brooks & Dunn, Garrison decided to start his own marketing agency. Gyrosity now employs 13 people, all under age 30, and has been profitable every month since its inception. The company recently launched its first web app, Crosshair Music, which provides independent musicians with affordable access to digital influencers including playlist curators,    musical.ly      accounts and music supervisors.

   Alina Thompson      CMA     Alina Thompson is a Belmont University graduate with a degree in music business. While attending Belmont she interned for CMT in both the social media marketing and music strategy departments, on the promotions team at Broken Bow Music Group, and with multiple radio stations under Max Media Group in her hometown of Virginia Beach, VA. During college, Alina worked briefly in radio marketing/promotions. Upon graduation, Alina joined the Music Strategy team at CMT where she worked for two years, at which point she moved to CMA and became their Marketing Coordinator. She was later promoted and now serves as CMA's Marketing & Partnerships Manager.

She spent a year working as an assistant to an entertainment attorney before opening Deep South's Nashville office, where she currently works overseeing accounts for Deep South's Nashville based business management clients and day-to-day managing two of Deep South's development artists.
