Andrew hails from Sugar Land, TX and graduated from Belmont University in 2009. He is currently the Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager at I.R.S. Records working with Striking Matches, Marc Scibilia, Muddy Magnolias and Ashley Clark. Formerly, Andrew was a day to day manager at Crush Music for artists Ashley Monroe, Kristen Kelly and Striking Matches. Having spent time as a booking assistant and merchandise manager, Andrew began the Young Entertainment Professionals (YEP) as a way to connect his peers and develop stronger relationships among them to foster success as a generation. Mention the TV show Friday Night Lights around Andrew and he will immediately point out that he has a dog named Riggins.
Cleveland, Ohio native Jarrod Holley began his career in the entertainment industry as a musician while touring in bands as a teenager. In doing so, he acquired a real world understanding of the touring industry and the essential components of a successful event. Jarrod's experiences on the road led him to a job in Nashville, Tennessee where he focused on artist management and social media marketing for country artist Frankie Ballard. Currently, Jarrod is the Touring Merchandise Manager for the Eli Young Band while also running the Nashville based artist development and management company, The Invasion Agency. Since relocating to Nashville in 2011, Jarrod has worked with a number of talented artists including Eli Young Band, Frankie Ballard, Eric Hutchinson, Canaan Smith, and Sean McConnell.
MaryAnn was raised in Jonesboro, Georgia, a town just 15 miles south of Atlanta. In 2008, she transferred from Ole Miss to Belmont University to study Music Business. MaryAnn’s experience as an ASCAP intern led her to discover her passion for great songs and songwriters. She began her professional career at Cal IV Entertainment. She later transitioned to Razor & Tie, and recently has landed at Nettwerk Music Group. Nettwerk’s venture with Ten Ten Music Group has created an opportunity to work for both companies, simultaneously. At Nettwerk and Ten Ten, she currently serves as the Catalog Manager and a member of the creative team. Two of MaryAnn’s biggest songwriting heroes are Dolly Parton and Paul McCartney.
Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business
Caroline grew up in Starkville, Mississippi, where she attended Mississippi State University for a year before transferring to Belmont University. There, she got a degree in Music Business while interning at Broken Bow Records, Big Yellow Dog, and Sea Gayle Music, as well as playing mandolin in a bluegrass band. Nine months after graduation, Caroline returned to Belmont University as a Career Development Specialist in the Curb College.
Universal Music Group
Katie is a junior Music Business major at Belmont University from Longwood, FL. She has spent her first few years in college interning at Crush Music/I.R.S. Records, Creative Nation, CMT, Sounds Like Nashville and is currently apart of BMI's Catalog Cast. Katie now works as an administration assistant at Universal Music Group.
Garrison grew up in Bentonville, Arkansas and attended Belmont University. He was hired as a junior to run digital marketing for Little Will-E Records, a start-up record label run by Ronnie Dunn. He worked as the Project Development Coordinator at ThinkSwell, a digital marketing agency.
He now runs a Project Development firm called Gyrosity Projects designed to help a select few clients take the next few steps in their careers. He has clients in music, women's fashion, non-profit, and plumbing. He also manages Mitchell Rose, a pop artist in Nashville, and Mary Jewels, a burgeoning women's shoe and bag designer.
Alina Thompson is a Belmont University graduate with a degree in music business. While attending Belmont she interned for CMT, Broken Bow Records, and multiple radio stations under Max Media in her hometown Virginia Beach, VA. After graduation, Alina joined the Music Strategy team at CMT. In 2015, she joined CMA as a Marketing Coordinator.
Universal Music Publishing Group
On her very first day of college, Amelia landed an internship on Music Row, managing her favorite country artists. She gained further industry experience working as an assistant to fashion stylist Katy Robbins, temporary receptionist at Dennis Entertainment, and A&R intern at Warner Music Nashville. Amelia scored a full-time industry position at Universal Music Publishing Group in December 2013 and later graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Arts in Entertainment Industry Studies. She served on the 2014 BMI Catalog Cast and the Review Crew for the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.
Laura Williams is an Auburn University graduate with an undergraduate and masters degree in accounting. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Laura worked as a CPA before moving to Nashville to pursue her love of the music industry. She currently works in the Music and Entertainment Division of Regions bank as a Wealth Advisor, providing financial advice, guidance, and solutions to some of the best in the industry.
Latigo Shore Music
Upon graduation from the University of South Carolina, Christina moved to Nashville following her passion for songs. She interned at Warner Brothers Records and Cornman Music, discovering publishing as her dream career. For two years, Christina served as the Creative Coordinator for Patrick Joseph Music and currently heads the Nashville office of Latigo Shore Music.
